BDO Thailand Facilitates Successful Cross-Border Sale of BMT Mercury Technology's Waste Treatment Op

BDO Thailand is proud to announce it has advised BMT Mercury Technology in the recent successful sale of their Thailand waste treatment operations to German family-owned REMONDIS Industrie Service. BMT also disposed of their Netherlands waste treatment to Remondis as part of this cross-border transaction. This transaction adds to BDO in Thailand’s list of success stories in partnering with both local and international clients to help them achieve their corporate strategies.
