Michael is a Manager at BDO in Thailand, with 8 years of expertise in audit/assurance, accounting advisory, valuation & financial modelling, restructuring and other deal M&A advisory services.​

Trained and qualified as a chartered accountant in Vietnam, one of the most active M&A markets in Southeast Asia. Michael also gets comprehensive exposures to various industries, including financial services (non-life insurance/commercial bank/finance leasing), manufacturing, services and NGOs.​​

Michael got proven track of record in leading M&A advisory teams, serving a diverse investors/clients base with Due Diligence, Valuation & Financial Modelling services , handling deals with maximum size up to c.USD 200m.​

Prior to joining BDO in Thailand, Michael amassed extensive working experiences in Southeast Asia region with PwC, Deloitte, KPMG  and a Malaysia-based government-link conglomerate. He also engaged as a project consultant for Singapore Exchange and a philanthropic organization in Jakarta, Indonesia.
